Chianti, Collezione di Paolo Riserva 2005

Only the very best grapes from the 2005 harvest in Rufina - the finest area of Chianti - made it into his Riserva.

The wine was then aged in oak barrels for 14 months, and then allowed to mellow and mature for another 10

before release. The result is a complex, intense wine that truly merits its huge following.
